E15 and E25 indicate two different but possibly related conditions. E15 is related to the activation of the leakage/water protection in the base, while E25 is usually associated with the drain or pump.
Since the E15 came back, I wouldn't consider simply drying the base a permanent repair. I would check for traces of scale around the circulation pump and connections. For the E25 it's also worth checking the pump cover, non-return valve, hose and connection to the siphon.
