Unfortunately that this SMPS is broken, the problem is if you replaced those parts they will blow again, there are more parts broken.
This unit is from 2009 and therefore to old to repair.
I would recommend buying a SMPS400a180. Normal repair fee of an SMPS180 would be 54€ ex vat. A new SMPS400a180 is 81.50€ ex vat
The new SMPS comes with 2 year warranty, this is an 400watt power supply
