Zanussi IT 5614 - Δεν ανταποκρίνεται κανένα κουμπί απο τα προγράμματα πλύσης

στα πλυντήρια πιάτων δεν υπάρχει δυστυχώς Service Manual για να <κατεβά-σουμε> ΔΩΡΕΑΝ από το Διαδίκτυο.
Από την ιστοσελίδα : https://www.manualslib.com/manual/66...i-It-5614.html κατεβαίνει ένα εγχειρίδιο οδηγιών εγκατ/σης του πλυντηρίου
αλλά κι ορισμένων ενεργειών που προτείνει ο κατασκευαστής ότι πρέπει να γίνουν όταν το πλυντήριο δεν λειτουργεί κανονικά κι ανάβουν κάποιες ενδείξεις
στο μπροστινό panel.
Π.χ. στη σελ. 16 αναφέρεται ότι όταν η ένδειξη προγρ/τος < Intensive 65^ο C > αναβοσβήνει σημαίνει ότι πρέπει να γίνει καθ/σμός φίλτρων κι αν η ένδειξη
< normal 65^ο C > αναβοσβήνει τότε πρέπει να κόψουμε τη παροχή των 220VAC από το πίνακα του σπιτιού για λίγη ώρα ν΄ επανατροφοδοτήσουμε με τάση
220VAC το πλυντήριο και να ξαναξεκινήσουμε το πρόγραμμα πλύσης.
Αν συνεχίσει το πρόβλημα καλούμε το ΚΕΝΤΡΟ ΕΞΥΠΗΡΕΤΗΣΗΣ.
Σε κάθε περίπτωση θα ΄θελα να μου διευκρινίσεις τα στοιχεία του relay που αναφέρεις στο post #7 της 13/10/2020 ότι άλλαξες, όπως και τα στοιχεία του
συγκριτή τάσης (Schmitt Trigger) – σ΄ αυτό το σημείο ρωτάω αν πράγματι είσαι ερασιτέχνης στην Ηλεκτρονική επιστήμη ή Φυσικός; γιατί η ορολογία του
υλικού που αντικατέστησες είναι ιδιάζουσα και δείχνει ότι έχεις αρκετές γνώσεις στ΄ αντικείμενο που συζητάμε, – όπως και ν΄ ανεβάσεις μία ή περισσότερες
φωτογραφία(ες) της πλακέτας όπου εκτός από τ΄ υλικά που αντικατέστησες να φαίνεται κι ο τύπος της (λευκή ή μαύρη γραμματοαριθμοσειρά) ώστε ν΄ ελεγχθεί
αν υπάρχει σχηματικό που μπορούμε να <καταβάσουμε> από το Διαδίκτυο.

Παρακαλώ αγνοήστε την χρήση αγγλικών αλλα εφόσον βρήκα την λύση καλό θα ήταν να βοηθηθεί και κανένας ξένος αντί να πετάξει το πλυντήριο του (αν το έχει ακόμα μετά από τοσα χρόνια)

I experienced exactly the same issue a couple weeks ago after the dishwasher lost its power a couple of times due to the DB power breaker tripping.
The machine became unresponsive, with the left side green power led ON and no reaction from any of the other buttons when pressed

I originally thought that the main circuit board was burnt, but luckily the red LED came on due to low salt level - this provided an indication that the CPU was still functional and it was interrogating the salt level sensor.
Anyway we added salt and the red LED turned OFF, but still the machine was unresponsive to any button presses

I took the circuit board to an electronics technician to check it, and he concluded that the circuit board was indeed functional and when the pins B1 & B3 was sorted the buttons became functional again, so a cable should be connected there with some sensor or something.

I took the board back and upon installation, I realized that there was actually no cable connected to B1-B3 connector.
At the same time the heating element was activated and tripped immediately the DB Earth Leakage relay which was an unexpected surprise since it was the first time the Earth was triggered from the dishwasher.
Long story sort, I checked the machine for humidity inside and found none. So it was a concrete indication that the heating element insulation had failed.

Upon replacement of the heating element with a new one, the Earth relay was not tripping again, but I was back at square one with an unresponsive board.
That's when I remembered the two pins discovered by the technician.
Apparently when the B1 - B3 are sorted the board gets into factory configuration mode! and that also resets the board.
The unresponsiveness of the board is some kind of safety mode of in case a major error is detected [probably] - which is stupid since it requires dismantling and manual intervention to reset

NOTE: The little red cylidrical thermal fuse (thermistor) at the dishwasher door is a NORMALLY OPEN one set at 130^C (do not replace with a N Closed one - don't ask how i learned that!)

Anyway that's what fixed my dishwasher, which is now fully functional once again

Οκ θα αγνοήσουμε λοιπόν τα αγγλικά αλλα την λύση του βρήκατε δεν την γράφεται στα Ελληνικά
